The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

General Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other virtual office tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Experience with online collaboration tools and project management platforms.

Certification in office administration is advantageous.

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a related administrative role is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:


This is an office-based position, and the candidate must be available to work during regular office hours.
